Bronze
(Basic compliance)

Issue and submit the F10 Notification to the Health & Safety Executive

Meet with client / Project team to discuss obligations and duties under the Regulations

Establish & maintain Design Risk Register with correspondence from key design principals

Attendance to Design Meetings / Workshops for high risk items or elements of the design

Make design risk information available for inclusion in the H&S File


Silver
(Comparable to existing CDMC role)

Issue and submit the F10 Notification to the Health & Safety Executive

Meet with client / Project team to discuss obligations and duties under the Regulations

Initial Site Appraisal

Production of a Pre-Construction Information package

Establish & maintain Design Risk Register with correspondence from key design principals

Attendance to appropriate Design Team Meetings with project team

Attendance to workshops for high risk items or elements of the design

Undertake Competence assessment where required of tendering contractors

Reviewing of Contractors H&S Documentation – Construction Phase Plan

Attend appropriate project meetings to ensure CDM is being implemented and that the Contractors Construction Phase Plan is being maintained and updated, as works progress.

Assist with production of Health & Safety File

Formal H&S audits of site, including report circulated to full project team – monthly?

Collation of information and production of Health & Safety File
